We receive a large amount of email everyday. This has led us to develop an e-mail policy.We cannot answer email which does not identify the writer by name and address. We cannot answer requests for private family tree research. We only answer requests where the client explains exactly what research he needs us to do for him. Only then we are able to give an estimate. Muggenthaler Research regrets that they cannot accept cases for tracinga family tree back in time for private genealogical purposes. Many mails bounce possibly because the senderīs computer are not configured properly. We receive email which have the wrong date on the computer, they are rarely found on our computer systems |
