| We cannot give a general pricelist. Please send us your request and we will give you an estimate of how much your research will cost. We usually charge an hourly rate plus all out of pocket expences, such as travel costs, archive fees, postage etc. For Holocaust restitution matters we are willing to undertake research on our own risc. Only if and when we are able to restitute property, bankaccounts, lost arts, or other compensation or restitution moneys to the client, we will charge for our services, via a percentage from the net outcome, which will be agreed in advance. In the event we are unable to discover or restitute moneys, we will not charge the client. Sometimes we are able to arrange a contingency fee. In this case we charge a certain percentage from the net estate when a final decree is issued for payment to the heirs. |
